Meet Chris Bove

I’ve called Boston’s MetroWest and Greater Boston home my entire life, building deep roots and lasting relationships along the way. Today, my wife, our two young daughters, teenage son, and our dog are proud to call South Natick home. We love exploring the area and supporting the local businesses that make our communities special. I enjoy discovering small-batch coffee, playing guitar, and exploring the trails of Mount Monadnock, one of my favorite hiking destinations.

Great results begin with preparation.

I began my real estate career in Metrowest Boston and have remained focused on this special area ever since. That’s intentional. Over twenty years, I’ve come to know these local communities in ways that don’t show up in a search portal. I know the neighborhoods that command a premium, the homes built with care, and the people who can be counted on when something needs to get done.

Experience has taught me that great when you’re buying or selling a home, preparation is your most valuable asset. For buyers, that means knowing your top number, understanding your opportunities, and being ready when the right home appears. For sellers, it means thoughtful preparation, positioning, and visual presentation long before your property ever comes to market.

My role is to bring perspective, anticipate what’s ahead, and tell you what I genuinely believe, even when the answer isn’t the easiest one. That kind of candor builds trust. And after twenty years, trust is what matters most.

What I actually do, in detail.

Full service is a phrase every agent uses. Here is what it means when I say it.

Exceptional service is never a solo effort.

A successful move depends on more than the right agent. It depends on having the right people in your corner. Over more than two decades, I’ve built a trusted network of professionals I know, rely on, and confidently recommend to my clients.

From preparing a home for market to navigating the final details of a closing, I bring the right expertise to every stage and personally oversee the process throughout.

Inspections

Thorough, experienced inspectors who know where to look, what to question, and how to give you a clear understanding of the property.

Legal counsel

Trusted real estate attorneys who are responsive, detail oriented, and diligent from contract through closing.

Trades and contractors

A dependable network of painters, electricians, roofers, carpenters, and specialists who deliver quality work when it matters and not months from now.

Staging and interiors

Thoughtful staging and interior expertise designed to reveal a home’s strengths, create an immediate impression, and position it beautifully for the market.

Photography and media

Exceptional photography, video, aerial imagery, and floor plans carefully selected and personally directed to tell the story of your home at its very best.

Moving and storage

Reliable moving and storage professionals, coordinated well in advance to make the transition as seamless as the sale itself.

A network built over time. A service managed personally. You receive more than introductions. You receive access to a trusted network built over decades, with me coordinating the details, making the calls, and staying closely involved from start to finish.

Begin with a conversation.

Tell me what you’re considering, where you hope to go, and when the timing feels right.

I’ll give you an informed, candid perspective on the market, the opportunity, and what it will take to accomplish your goals.

There is never a rush to make a decision. The right move begins with knowing when and how to make it.
